Heartburn like No Other

Daaaaang, you eat too many of these things and you'll really have to fight off that heartburn. I found a package of these in the church icebox after a meeting tonight. Once I started eating them, I couldn't stop- or rather, I couldn't stop until the heartburn started.

Keebler must put a secret addictive-like ingrediant in these things. I'll be it's opium. That would definately explain the good nature of those little elves.

Bo,
We in the Benedictine tradition always try to find balance in our lives in the world and with God. Simply put you ate WAY too many cookies WITHOUT the attendant glass of cool milk.

Now, speaking as a Gregorian Friar aspirant, I can tell you that those evil little Sandies WILL tear you a new one, but the balancing affects of the Milk softens the blow. ;)

I leave you with the words of St. Augustine:
da mihi castitatem et continentiam, sed noli modo

Welcome to my blog Monk, I've seen you visit several of my friends' blogs and am glad you stopped by here.

I love your Augustinian quote! As much as I know that I can't stop eating them when I start, I am not yet ready to stop eating them altogether. (smile)
